Tom Riley

Tom Riley began acting at the age of four in his hometown; Maidstone, Kent, in Engand. He was educated at Uppingham School, Rutland, and spent his days there writing and directing plays.
At Birmingham University Tom studied English Literature and Drama and graduated in 2002 with first class honours. He then began a small theatre company before deciding to go to back into education: drama school. He finished a Professional Acting Course at LAMDA in 2005 and was the winner of the "Genesis bursary".
His television credits include Casualy, Poirot and Miss Marple, while he most famously starred in BBC's Lost In Austen as Mr Darcy. He has currently returned to theatre in the UK.
