David Michod

David Michod is an Australian film director and ex editor of Inside Film magazine. His talent was first discovered in his short films Erza White and LL.B, he then went on to direct Crossbow and Netherland Dwarf which were both screened at Sundance film festival. In 2010 he won the World Cinema Jury Prize at the Sundance Film Festival with his début film Animal Kingdom (starring James Frecheville, Guy Pearce and Joel Edgerton). He is currently working on Sydney Unplugged, a series of short films that are a homage to Australia's most populous city.
