Hiromasa Yonebayashi

Hiromasa Yonebayashi was born in 1973 in Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan.
Hiromasa started working with the famed animation studio, 'Studio Ghibli' in 1996 working as an animator on the critically revered anime feature 'Princess Mononoke' (1997).
He has risen through the ranks over the years at Studio Ghibli becoming a key animator for 'Spirited Away' (2001) and finally gaining his directorial debut with 'Arrietty' in 2011.
