Akshay Kumar
Akshay Kumar born on 9 September 1967, in Amritsar, India is an Indian actor. He is well known for his "Khiladi Series", films that show him in action. He is able to act a range of roles such as action, comedy, romance and drama.
He has recieved critical acclaim for nearly all his films in the recent years. In 2009, he was awarded the Padma Shri by the Government of India.
He studied martial arts in Bangkok, and was a model for becoming an actor. Akshay made his debut in 1991 in the film Saugandh. His real name is Rajiv Bhatia, but changed it to Akshay Kumar for acting.
He imarried the indian actress Twinkle Khanna in 2001, and they have a son named Aarav (born 2002).
