Irish actor of particularly 1950's Hollywood 'epic' type movies. " We Dive At Dawn" with John Mills. his main solo role was " Martin Luther" (1953) Often was the second actor to the main star in his fillms. Interestingly retired to become a GP (doctor) in South Wales.
