Steve Coogan
Born on 14 October 1965 in Middleton, Manchester UK, Steve Coogan is a highly talented comedian and actor who is best known for playing the hapless chat show host, Alan Partridge in the TV series Knowing Me Knowing You with Alan Partridge and Im Alan Partridge.
Steves career has seen him winning awards for his comedy and stand-up as well as forging a career stateside in Hollywood films such as Tropic Thunder, Night at the Museum, The Other Guys and Percy Jackson And The Lightning Thief.
Steve also founded the successful TV production company, Baby Cow Productions, along with his writing partner, Henry Normal, nurturing the next wave of British comic talent.
Steve has a passion for motor cars and has appeared on Top Gear three times although he may be waiting a while for his next invite after he wrote an article in the Guardian newspaper challenging their questionable (and in poor taste) remarks on Mexicans.
Steves recent TV series The Trip was a TV highlight of 2010, displaying his improvisational talent and gift for impersonations.
