Jay Chou

Jay Chou
Jay Chou (Chou Chi Lun), was born January 18, 1979 and is one of Taiwan's biggest exports. Nicknamed 'President Chou', not only is he one of the most successful, multi-award winning musicians in China and across much of Asia, he is also a producer, actor and director.

Although Chou has recieved some criticism over his blank facial expressions and limited acting abilities in films such as Initial D and Curse of the Golden Flower, this hasn't deterred the star from continuing to make his mark in the movie business. Secret is a critically acclaimed romantic fantasy-(as yet unavailable on LOVEFiLM), in which Chou also directed and composed the music score for.

His latest film, Kung Fu Dunk was a box office hit in Hong Kong and mixes Kung Fu with basketball in the vein of Shaolin Soccer.
