Mahima Chaudhary
Mahima Chaudhary born September 13 1973 in Darjeeling, India is an indian actress. Her birth name is Ritu Chaudhury, and it was changed in 1997 for her first film Pardes.
Her career was launched as an actress by Subhash Ghai who also launched the careers of Madhuri Dixit and Manisha Koirala. Mahima changed her name due to Subhash Ghai has a superstitious belief of launching big careers with actresses whose name begins with the letter M.
Mahima was a model and VJ for an Indian music channel in India before she became an actress.
Mahima married Bobby Mukherjee, a well-known architect, in 2006. Mahima is originally from Kolkata and speaks fluent Bengali.
