Colin Hanks
Colin Lewes Dillingham Hanks was born on the 24th November 1977 in Sacramento in California. He is the eldest son of Oscar-winning actor Tom Hanks and his first wife, the late producer and actress Samantha Lewes (née Susan Jane Dillingham), who died of cancer.
Colin has starred in films such as Orange County alongside Jack Black and John Lithgow and he had a large supporting role in the 2005 remake of King Kong, playing the assistant to film director Carl Denham (played by his Orange County co-star Jack Black).
Colin then went on to star opposite Jack Black again in the film called Tenacious D in: The Pick of Destiny
He has also had roles in the tv series called, Roswell, The OC and Band of Brothers.
Colin has starred in other films such as: That Thing You Do!, Whatever It Takes, 11:14, Get Over It, Rx, Alone with Her, Careless, Untraceable, My Mom's New Boyfriend, The Great Buck Howard and The House Bunny.
