Christina CoxChristina Cox was born on the 31st July 1971 in Toronto in Ontario in Canada. She studied theatre and dance at the Arts York at Unionville High School.Christina competed in gymnastics, track and field and Tae Kwon Do, whilst growing up. She continued her theatre training at the Ryerson Theatre School of Toronto where she studied for two years. She has appeared in Forever Knight as Jeanne d'Arc, Street Law (which is also known as Law Of The Jungle) as Kelly, The Donor as Angel and No One Could Protect Her as Det. Elizabeth 'Beth' Jordan. Christina has appeared in Better Than Chocolate as Kim with Wendy Crewson and Karyn Dwyer, Code Name Phoenix as Aurora, Jane Doe as Peter opposite Teri Hatcher, Trevor Blumas and Rob Lowe and Cold Vengeance as Cassandra Diaz alongside Josh Barker and Brian Genesse. Another role was in The Chronicles of Riddick, as Eve Logan, also in Max Havoc: Ring of Fire as Suzy Blaine and Making Mr Right as Hallie Galloway. She received a Gemini Award nomination for her performance of Angela Ramírez in F/X: The Series in the episode called "Red Storm" and appeared as Anne 'Annie Oakley' Marie Ostenback in Bones in the episode entitled Death in the Saddle . Christina has appeared in numerous national theatre productions such as William Shakespeare's "Twelfth Night" to Jim Cartwright's raw and dirty "Road". She also did stuntwork in Million Dollar Baby starring Hilary Swank. Christina had the lead role of Vicki Nelson in the series called Blood Ties - (Blood Ties - Series 1 - Complete) a supernatural detective series based on the novels by Tanya Huff opposite Gina Holden, Dylan Neal and Kyle Schmid. Christina was an original member of the sitcom Girlfriends. She played Lynn. She has also appeared in Cold Case in the episode called Sherry Darlin' as Sherry Stephens, Stargate SG1 in 2 guest appearances playing Lieutenant Kershaw, then T'akaya and then Christina appeared in Nikki and Nora as Nora Delaney. Another role was in Numb3rs - Season 1 as CHP Officer Morris with Rob Morrow, David Krumholtz and Judd Hirsch. Christina has also starred in Defying Gravity as Jen, Stargate: Atlantis in the episode called "Whispers" as Major Anne Teldy, SIS as Roz and 3Way as Lara Lancaster.
