Thomas Haden Church
Thomas Haden Church, born Thomas McMillen was born on the 17th June 1960 in El Paso in Texas.
He grew up in Laredo in Texas and graduated from Harlingen High School in Harlingen in Texas in 1979.
He then went on to attend the University of North Texas.
Thomas started in the entertainment business as a radio personality and doing voiceover work.
His big break however came, when he won the role of dim witted airport mechanic Lowell Mather for six seasons on the sitcom called Wings.
He also had a lead role on Ned and Stacey opposite Debra Messing (of Will And Grace fame).
Thomas has had film roles in Tombstone, George Of The Jungle and in George Of The Jungle 2 alongside Brendan Fraser, Leslie Mann, John Cleese, Chris Showerman and Julie Benz.
Thomas has starred in The Specials with Paget Brewster and Kelly Coffield .
He has also played film villains in Tales from the Crypt: Demon Knight and Over the Hedge.
Thomas has had small roles in Monkeybone and 3000 Miles to Graceland. He also made his directorial debut in the film called Rolling Kansas in 2003.
Thomas played the part of Jack in the film called Sideways with Paul Giamatti and Virginia Madsen.
Other film appearances include: in Idiocracy and Broken Trail with Robert Duvall and Greta Scacchi.
He played the villain called Sandman in Spider-Man 3 along with Tobey Maguire, James Franco and Kirsten Dunst.
He has also starred in Susan's Plan, Mr Murder opposite Stephen Baldwin, Julie Warner and Bill Smitrovich and in One Night Stand.
Other roles include Free Money, Goosed and The Badge.
Thomas has appeared in Lone Star State Of Mind opposite Joshua Jackson, Jaime King, Matthew Davis and DJ Qualls, Charlotte's Web with Dakota Fanning, John Cleese, Steve Buscemi, Oprah Winfrey, Kathy Bates and Julia Roberts and has also starred in Spanglish.
He has been in Smart People alongside Dennis Quaid, Sarah Jessica Parker and Ellen Page.
Other roles include appearing in Imagine That alongside Eddie Murphy and Yara Shahidi and in Bolt with Miley Cyrus and John Travolta.
Thomas has been in All About Steve opposite Sandra Bullock and Bradley Cooper and NowhereLand.
