Bill Murray
Bill Murray was born on September 21, 1950 in Wilmette, Illinois. He is the fifth of nine children. He grew up working as a caddy on golf courses with his brothers. He saved his salary so he could attend a private high school – Loyola Academy, which was an all boys’ school. Murray done some sports & acting whilst there.

Bill Murray wanted to be a doctor. While enrolled in Regis College in Denver to study pre-med, he was charged with possession of marijuana, and his plans were changed. He left college and headed off to try his hand at being a comedian. One of his brothers was already a member of Chicago’s Second City Comedy Troupe so Bill signed himself up just like his brother did. He soon found himself on "The National Lampoon Radio Show" along with Gilda Radner, Dan Akroyd, and John Belushi.

In 1977, Murray tried out for a spot on Saturday Night Live. Soon after he was on the show, he became an audience favourite and this lead him to his career in acting. Murray has acted in both serious and comedic roles. He has been in over forty films and has produced several movies. He wrote the movie "The Razor’s Edge" that was a box office hit in 1984. He has also directed one movie as well. Bill has been recognized with numerous Awards and nominations including a Golden Globe award and an Academy Award nomination for Lost In Translation.

On January 24, 1980, he married Margaret Kelly. They had two sons together Homer & Luke and in 1996, they were divorced. Murray married his second wife Jennifer in 1997, with which he has four children Caleb,Jackson,Cooper,Lincoln. Jennifer filed for divorce on May 12th 2008 it was finalized on 13th June 2008.
