Lucy-Jo Hudson was born on the 5th May 1983 in Leeds in West Yorkshire. She has a brother and a sister.
Lucy - Jo, is best known for playing Katy Harris in Coronation Street. She was the character who was the schoolgirl - girlfriend of Martin Platt, and she went on to kill her father.
She made a fitness dvd called Coronation Street - Funk Fit , with her Coronation Street co - stars Tina O'Brien (Sarah Louise Platt) and Nikki Sanderson (Candice). Tina, Nikki and Lucy Jo, join fitness trainer Troy Dureh for an urban dance workout.

Since then, Lucy - Jo has gone on to star in Wild At Heart as feisty teenager Rosie Trevanion, the daughter of Danny Trevanion - a veterinary surgeon, with a passion for his work, ( played by Stephen Tompkinson), and stepdaughter of Sarah Trevanion (played by Amanda Holden), the mother of Evan (played by Luke Ward-Wilkinson) and Olivia (played by Rafaella Hutchinson).

Wild At Heart follows a suburban vet and his extended family, as they try to re-invent their lives on a game park in the heart of Africa. Living among the lions, cheetahs, giraffes and snakes of their new African home, stretches to breaking point Danny’s veterinary skills - and the family’s love for each other.
