Josh Holloway
Josh Lee Holloway was born on the 2oth July 1969 in San Jose, California.
Although born in California his parents relocated to freehome Georgia when he was small.
He is 6ft 1" in height and of dutch and scottish heritage.
His favourite food is Fried Chicken.
He is the 2nd oldest of four brothers ,He is married to Yessica kumala and has a baby daughter with her java kumala holloway born April 9th 2009.
He lives in Oahu, Hawaii where LOST is filmed, as do some of his co-stars.
His first job was picking up dead chickens on a farm and he later had a successful modelling career before being spotted for his acting abilities, which prompted him to relocate to L.A.
After relocating Josh desperately tried to lose his southern accent to gain more acting roles only to have to pick up his old accent for his role as Sawyer in LOST.
He has been nominated 3 years in a row for best support actor in the series lost and won a screen actor guild award in 2006 for outstanding performance for his role as Sawyer.
He has appeared in several movies such as Whisper (a horror/thriller) and has also appeared in other tv series such as CSI.
He was robbed at gunpoint in his home in Oahu, Hawaii on october 13th 2005 and his mercedes benz and credit cards were stolen but luckily he wasn't injured, later his car was found east of Honolulu and an arrest later occurred.
He earned his real estate licence prior to obtaining the role of Sawyer in LOST as he was considering quitting acting and needed an alternative career to fall back on.
