Jean Seberg
Jean Seberg (Nov 13 1938 - September 8 1979). Born Marshalltown Iowa. Discovered by Otto Preminger who directed her in her first two films. Her first film was Saint Joan. Her most famous role was as Patricia in the new wave classic Breathless or A Bout de Souffle by Jean Luc-Godard in 1960. Seberg's favourite film of her career was the film ' Lilith' by Robert Rossen, where she plays a schizophrenic patient. Committed suicide by overdose in Paris 1979.
