Emily Bergl

Emily Bergl was born on the 25th April 1975 in Milton Keynes in the UK. She moved to Chicago with her family when she was a child, and attended Glenbrook South High School and Grinnell College, where she was the lead in several school productions.
She graduated from Phi Beta Kappa in 1997 with a B.A. in English and Theatre.
Her first big break came, when Emily won the lead role of Rachel Lang in the 1999 film, The Rage: Carrie 2. This film was the sequel to the 1976 film called Carrie starring Sissy Spacek.
Emily has had roles in the tv shows: Gilmore Girls, CSI Miami opposite David Caruso, Emily Proctor and Khandi Alexander, Law & Order: Criminal Intent, NYPD Blue, and Star Trek: Enterprise.
She has also starred in the psychological thriller called Chasing Sleep alongside Jeff Daniels, and in the mini series called Taken with Dakota Fanning, Desmond Harrington, Joel Gretsch, Terry Chen, Julie Benz who is currently starring in Dexter, Eric Close, Michael Moriarty and Matt Frewer from Psi Factor.
Emily has also had roles in Wasteland, ER, Providence, Happy Campers, Final Draft, The Hard Easy and in Fur: An Imaginary Portrait of Diane Arbus.
She has also starred in Deadly Suspicion as Dr. Heather McManus, and in Men In Trees as Annie O'Donnell opposite Anne Heche, Cynthia Stevenson and Abraham Benrubi.
