Corey Haim

Corey Haim
Born 23rd December 1971 in Toronto, Canada, Corey Haim was a star of the 80s, best known for his role in Joel Schumacher's hit film, The Lost Boys, co-starring Jason Patric, Corey Feldman and Kiefer Sutherland.

His break into mainstream acting was in the Canadian family-oriented comedy television series, The Edison Twins, which ran through the mid-80s. Haim’s feature film debut was in Firstborn, starring Sarah Jessica Parker and Robert Downey Jr. Haim had smaller roles in Secret Admirer and Murphy's Romance and starred in the leading role in Stephen King's novella Silver Bullet. A major turning point was in the 1986 film Lucas, when he took the leading role alongside Kerri Green, Charlie Sheen, and Winona Ryder.
Notably, Feldman and Haim collaborated several times, resulting in them being dubbed "The Two Coreys."

Haim died on the 10th March 2010, aged 38.

Feldman paid his respects in a statement, saying ‘This is a tragic loss of a wonderful, beautiful, tormented soul, who will always be my brother, family, and best friend.’
