Jonathan ChaseJon as he was refered to was born one may morn,the year not inportant for he was the breath of spring to his doting mother.Strong in charactor but weak in appearance Jon fought hard against his femeine traits, having sent more time with his doting mother then his strong masculine father whom he rearly saw and when his parents did come together there were the inevetable rows over their sons lack of ambition, his father stressing that his son should accompany him on his rounds as he drove from one country to another delivering heavy goods in his huge pick up. His mother ever protecting jon from the harsh world of violence and fear that his father encountered each day. Jon would slip up to his room and lose himself in an artficial world of film fantacy where he could be what he wanted to be, One day being the strong son that his father longed for, the next himself, a sensative human being in need of love and security and more accustomed to his femine traits, yet stil longing for that fix of danger and thrill in his world of fantasy. One early morn he awoke and gazed at a static patterns of the blank TV screen his gazed turning to the window where autumn leaves carpeted the lawn outside his parents modest yet upmarket detached house, the red glow of sunlight flooding into his room bringing the screen to life and suddenly the room was full of famous movie charectors, those that he had watched in his large libery of classical movies and they beckond him come hither, Jon rose from his bed, his eyes staring straight ahead as he entered the world of Moviedrome, surrounded by his friends, those he had grown up with and Jon realized he had arrived where he was suppose to be, the fantasy world of make believe. This film is so cheesy you'll love it! Not for Family viewing though some parts had me in hyst...
