A sexually repressed man (Paul Mercurio) travels to a resort island for S&M devotees and falls for the club's head dominatrix (Dana Delaney). Meanwhile, two police detectives (Dan Aykroyd and Rosie O'Donnell) on the trail of diamond smugglers go undercover on the island, resulting in a slapstick mix of leather gear and bondage jokes.
