One of my favorite films of all time. This film is scary even though you don't actually see any gore. John Carperter builds fear through suspence all the way through. I was really disappointed with this film. It's a pure gore fest, obviously trying to shock, however the special effects were so rubbish that when I watched this with a friend we were laughing at scenes that really weren't meant to be funny as it looked so unrealistic!
