This was the very first game I got with my DS and it is BRILLIANT! Very cute little adventure and the start of my worsening addiction to my DS!
The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass
Link is back in tiny, touchy feely style. Well, mostly touchy. The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass picks up months after where The Wind Waker left off. Link and Tetra have been sailing the high seas, questing for new lands and new adventure. As you might expect, it finds them. When they sail ..read more »

Was endlessly raved about but I'll admit, I was disappointed...as not a big fan of first person fighting games, I find this too hard to be fun - I just end up tensed on my sofa and stressed! Still, could just be me...I keep on trying to love it...
The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
The goal here was to create a game that offered unlimited possibilities. A game where you could be whoever you wanted and do whatever you wanted. As an ADDICT of Final Fantasy VII and VIII and IX on Playstion (the original one...) I was looking forward to playing a traditional one on the DS. Even a die hard fan like myself couldn't bring myself to love this one...cute story but too monotonous to get anywhere too far..
Final Fantasy III
The Gulgan thus prophesied:
This earthquake is only the beginning.

A brilliant throwback to the N64 of my youth (which, to my immense disappointment, I could only play at friends' houses as I didn't have my own..) but ultimately limited entertainment unless you LIKE endlessly jumping through identical levels..

Trauma Center: Under the Knife
It's time for virtual surgeons and DS owners to scrub up and get down the theatre for some serious operating, as the Trauma Center cartridge is carefully removed from its case. One of the more novel concepts for the DS (and a game that could really only feature on Nintendo's handheld) Trauma Center ..read more »

A very different vein of the FF franchise (with propert film sequences and voices and everything..) and nowhere near as long but still a nice game.
Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Ring o...
Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Ring of Fates has felt for some like it's been a lo-o-o-o-o-ng time coming. In fact, it was announced all the way back at E3 in 2004 and has taken until March 2008 to hit UK shores. The game is the second in the series, following up 2004's Final Fantasy: Crystal ..read more »
Again, not your average FF but interesting as an alternative..pretty difficult in later places though I have to say!
