If you don't get this film at first, watch it again. Then watch it a few more times. Then leave it for a year and watch it again. Miraculously, it keeps getting better.

Never mind Citizen Kane. If you like something, it should be a product of your own judgement. This was Welles' last film, and it's way more interesting than Kane. (That's a product of my own judgement...)
