not what i first expected..i actually thought i was going to be watching a psychological thriller, it turned out to be like amityville horror but with the daughter instead. the creatures possesing her were really quite scary! it drew me in immediately..go rent it!
possibly one of my all time favourites. never fails to make me shed a tear or two :) it's so romantic, i think its makes every girl wish they had there very own noah, nicholas sparks doesn't fail to pull your heart strings..in a nice way :)

words don't describe this film. its quite long but worth the wait for the awsome twist in the ending...i think i actually sat there repeating 'oh my god!' for like ten minutes after it finished! if you can get away with foreign films and reading subs go for it. the teeth pulling scene and another gruesome little number at the end really got me, the acting is amazing too.

i think this film gets classed as a horror..which in a way it is, but not in a typical way. it doesn't need to use, zombies,ghosts, amputation..it's generally just really dark and eerie to watch. love it.

i don't know what it was about this film that really got me. it reminds me a bit of misery (another classic!) i think its the fact that i could imagine myself in the situation and it really creeped me out..being totally amputated by a stalker cannot be fun..
ignoring the fact that the gorgeous jared leto is in this..it'scapturing. it gives you the story of four people all with their own problems and how they effect one another. by the end i couldn't decide who got the worst hand.

watched this with a friend whilst stuffing my face..not the best idea felt a bit ill by the end of it. loved how this hasn't been done in a film before, it's got a lot of suspense to it..and put it this way i would not like to be in the middle if i was to be sewn to someones arse by my mouth..

i do like a good lynch film, and for this being his first and on such a low budget its amazing! i definately wouldn't watch this hoping for a serious storyline, as it is just one huge sequence of weird events and creepy music. cinematography is also pretty immense.

this made me cry..it doesn't take much for me to cry, but its bound to make most of you fill up anyways! it follows the life of the dutchess georgina and the some of the awful things she has to endure. watch if you like costume drama. the buildings/stateley homes are impressive too.
