Silent Hill

Despite being slammed for being a video game-to-movie adaption, I adore this film. Jodelle Ferland's performance is brilliant.

Wrong Turn 2 - Dead End

Having not seen the first Wrong Turn, this film had an acceptable amount of gore, although the acting was mediocre, it was twisted, and I wanted to watch it.

A film that relies totally on the psychological aspects to keep it going. Sadly, it does not get the credit it deserves.

Cherry Tree Lane

Now I know it's a thriller, not a horror, but this film is ultimately shocking, and thus, scary. It's graphic, in real time, and you won't forget it in a hurry.

Hannibal Rising

Gaspard Ulliel's interpretation of Hannibal Lecter is spectacular. It's a wonderfully twisted film. Remember, "the most exquisite bits of the fish are the cheeks."

Case 39

Much, much better than "Orphan". Jodelle Ferland gives another outstanding performance. It doesn't receive the credit it deserves. Never tell a child what you are afraid of.

The Fourth Kind

I've never seen anything like this before. The use of "real footage" really compliments the movie and gives it a convincing feel. A truly freaky movie.
  • The Fourth Kind on DVD (2009)
Starring: Milla Jovovich,  Elias Koteas,  Will Patton
    Director: Olatunde Osunsanmi
