Too sentimental for my liking. All the modern day scenes were dull. The rest of it just about made up for them. Soo disappointed considering the rave reviews and recommendations it gets.

I saw this at the cinema when it was released ( I was ten) and had very fond memories of it until I rented it last year. It was so bad I couldn't even watch it all the way through. Gutted, so I was.
