I used to like it a lot, but now that i'm older, i recognise the terrible acting from the young stars

Much better than the first, especially in terms of acting, this is, in my opinion, one of the better films of the series

My overall least favourite of the series, totally lacking in magic, and with a much darker mood

My favourite of the series, this film encompassed a lot of the magic from the books, whilst also creating a sort of horror that didn't ruin it. Voldemort was suitably chilling, and the actors are a bit better.

The fight scenes at the end were brilliant, and i thought that the edits from the huge book were appropriate, but a lot of the scenes were still too cheesy. Overall, in my mind this one earns a close second place in the series

Obviously this one is still being made, due for release this Winter

This is actually one of my favourite films. I love the book and the whole concept of daemons. The CGI was perfect, and i also thought that the acting was very good. The film is very loyal to the story, capturing moments that, realisticly, i assumed would be left out. My only quarm with the movie is with the ending, which, like with so many other films of the genre, was painfully cheesy and really brought the film down in my eyes. The book's ending really was better. all in all, though, i found this film very refreshing and one of the best of the genre so far

2/5. I really like the book, despite its blatant lack of originality, but this film was notably poor, in my opinion. The acting was fairly poor, and the script was stupidly cheesy, as often comes with the genre. the only major positive for me was the CGI, which showed the dragon looking amazing

This particular adaption was very poor, with terrible acting and that customary cheesiness that totally ridiculous. An example is "He's not a boy, he's a leathal weapon." Despite this, there is news of a sequel being made
