All Manmohan Desai films were pure fun, for all the family, this was the best story, crime thirller with romance. One of Amitabh's most memoryable characters.

Simply genius. Amitabh best 'negative' character. Full-on action with no letting up. So good, they did a re-make in 2006.

The best from his '2nd phase' of his career. Very loosly based on the Godfather (one of his favourite films), Amitabh completely nails it as the 'don'.

Ask a true Bollywood fan to name the best comedy of the 80's from India, this IS it. Amitabh has never been funnier.

All his trademarks are here, comedy, drama, romace, and silly but fun action (note the car demolition scene).

Completley foolish, but a close run for 'the best Amitabh comedy'. Loosley based on 'Seven Brides for Seven Brothers'.

Another Manmohan Desai film, deservdly makes the Top 10, providing two Amitabhs in a double role, so twice the fun.
