Take a holiday
If you're going on holiday, or simply have less available time to watch films and fancy a break, we can happily place your account on hold for up to 2 weeks at a time. You will not be charged any money during that period, and you don't have to return any titles you have out until you're ready. On the 'My account' page, you’ll find a 'Payment holiday' section where you can tell us how long you're away for, and the start date. We’ll do the rest.
