Marking your choices 'high', medium’ and 'low' priority on your rental list page lets us know which you'd prefer to see first. And while we can’t guarantee an all-time 'high', we'll always do our best to get your top priorities to you.

ADVANCED TIP: Wherever you see the '+' sign to the left of a title on your rental list it means there are multiple discs (such as a bonus feature) associated with this title. You will automatically be sent this unless you remove it from your rental list. If you don’t want to watch that disc, simply remove it from your list.

You can have even greater control over what titles you receive and when you receive them by creating more than one rental list. Multiple lists are especially good for families, or couples, or flatmates, as they give everyone the chance to prioritise their choice. You could also create themed lists, e.g. "Bond movies", "Horror flicks", "Foreign films", "Games" (if you are on a combination package), a "TV series" list... To start using Multiple Lists, go to your rental list and click the 'Add/edit lists' link.
