I like the concept of the 10 Minute Workout series. They're all divided into 5 ten-minute workouts. You really have to do all of the sections to get a decent workout, but it stops you from getting bored as each section is very short.
The cardio section is very effective for a 10-minute blast, and the legs section has some imaginative squats combined with kicks which makes it a bit more interesting. I don't find the abs section challenging, but you can easily replace it with your own abs routine, or one from another dvd. The instructor is clear and the routines are easy to follow. This is a good, straight forward workout.
