This is a great workout dvd, the stomach part works you really hard, the flexibility one is something to aspire to, the sculpting is challenging. All these are quite challenging but all the better to have something to get better at, that would be how to gage how much fitter you are getting. If you stick to it 3 times a week you should see some change in your body tone. I certainly was stiff the next day.
wasn't keen on the presentation style of the DVD.
