101 Dalmatians is the live action version of the 1961 animated classic. The movie followed the original story somewhat, but because it's a more modern live action movie, there are some things that are just different from before.
The story revolves around a fashion designers (Cruella)passion of creating the most beautiful items of clothing, her particular obsession, fur. Her dream is to kill all 101 dalmatians and make a coat out of them! Bumbling oafs Jasper and Horace somehow manage to steal the puppies required for the job and deliver them to Cruella Now, the dalmatians must stop her...or else!
I liked it, especially with the make-up and all the stunts. The dogs were well trained and Glen Close was excellent. She truly captured the part, actually I couldn't imagine anyone else filling the role as good as she did. The costume designs she wore were fantastic, the entire production was top notch.
The supporting cast were very good too, and I can't falter the set design either. Some scenes were hilarious (to me anyway) I thought Disney did a great job on this. The director and scriptwriter should be congratulated also on transferring from the animated movie to real life.
