Very long and just not all that believeable

Everything is just a bit too perfect in this movie. Too many near misses when disaster is happening all around them and a very clichéd. It does have a powerful message though and I must admit I am still thinking of a number of scenes 3 days later. The special effects are amazing, but the acting is a bit standard. Plus they do that really annoying thing of taking ages to decide to do something when they only have about a minute to do it. So suffice to say I spent most of the time shouting at the screen for them to 'hurry up, for gods sake'!! Also it is pretty easy to see who will survive and who wont.
