Meh is a good word for it. Starts well, with a very good initial scene between Spacey and Sturgess but after that it kind of peters out into stodge and predictableness. Sturgess's character isn't really likeable enough to keep you interested for 2 hours and his second half performances, Spacey is wasted.
It's ok, Vegas looks pretty, but really 21 is not as good as it could be.
