These people are idiotsBy a customer from London , 05 Apr 2009
[Highly rated reviewer]Who are these clowns renting movies without reading the synopsis then posting negative and bigotted reviews for a film they haven't even seen? half-wits.

DreadfulBy a customer from Derbyshire , 09 Apr 2010This is the worst film I have ever seen. Very boring.
oh my god......By Randomfilmbuff (327 reviews) from London , 20 Mar 2010
THIS REVIEW CONTAINS SPOILERS Show review anywayHidethis film was so wooden it was unbelievable! ironically the film starts with a conversation about gay films and how bad they are - this is one of them. It could have been better if the acting was good but no. The rent boy is shockingly ugly and so is most of the cast with the exception of about 2. get the broken hearts club instead - much better!
3-Day WeekendBy AltarEgo (26 reviews) from Barrow-in-Furness , 28 Feb 2010A bit of a wet weekend!
The pace was a litttle slow and the story line a bit too inevitable from the early beginnings.
Give gay cinema a break...By wikkidsmyle (438 reviews) from Newmarket , 12 Feb 2010
THIS REVIEW CONTAINS SPOILERS Show review anywayHideWhilst not breaking any new ground, you have to credit this film for at least throwing down the gauntlet in terms of seeing 'gay cinema' a little differently (the BBQ discussion scene is most revealing in that respect). There are no AIDS victims and no (okay little) stereotyping. Two couples get together (in a VERY nice mountain retreat) for a long weekend and each bring along a single friend. Jason and Simon have been together for a long time but are now at breaking point; Cooper and Ace have only been together a year and are separated in age by almost 20 years; Mac is Jason's uptight work colleague; Andre is Simon's escort; Kevin is Cooper's yoga teacher and Cam is Ace's college friend. Although what happens is clearly signposted, it's interesting to watch the characters interact against the glorious background and to a nice restful soundtrack. Being only 15-rated, don't expect heavy sex scenes (what is shown is tasteful). Unfortunately, I couldn't rate this film higher than average due to some truly dreadful acting (Douglas Myers as Jason especially!) which made the whole thing look no better than amateur dramatics. Pity, as with a quality cast, this could have been somethign a lot better...
socketBy midi (1 review) from Mirfield , 30 Aug 2009i do like sci/fi but to tell the truth this film was neither worthy of being gay or sci/fi after watching about 30mins and hoping the movie would get better i realy did feel like plugging myself into the nearest socket at the thought of me renting this rubbish in the first place
