Tina Fey's 30 Rock and hit U.S. TV series Mad Men stole the show at the 61st Annual Primetime Emmy Awards, receiving top honours on Sunday's (20Sep09) event. 30 Rock creator Fey and co-stars Alec Baldwin and Tracy Morgan claimed their third consecutive trophy for Outstanding Comedy Series, while Mad Men was a repeat winner for Outstanding Drama Series. Lee plans comedy concert movie with Morgan

Director Spike Lee is teaming up with comedian Tracy Morgan to release a concert film of the funnyman performing stand-up. The project will be filmed in a similar way to Passing Strange, the musical Lee shot on Broadway and released earlier this year (09) - and follows Lee's documentaries about basketball stars Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant. Family Guy creator Seth Macfarlane has hit back at 30 Rock star Tina Fey - after she suggested at this year's (09) Emmy Awards that he struggles with alcohol abuse. Comedienne Tina Fey has launched a campaign to persuade pop star Justin Timberlake to make a guest appearance on her TV show 30 Rock. The comedy series has enjoyed a string of celebrity cameos including Jennifer Aniston, Whoopi Goldberg, Oprah Winfrey and Mary J. Blige.
