Addictive game, good rental but wouldnt buy it.

If your a fan of 3rd person, hack n slash then you will like this game quite a lot. I found it rather addictive. You can build up your money by basically slaughtering people and spend this money on upgraded weapons, battle skills and new sword/spear/double sword combos. The combos I found the best and can be EXTREMELY useful in tight situations. The only bad thing I would say is the fact that the camera angles can be incredibly annoying somtimes and you may find yourself being hit by something you cant see as the camera is at a ridiculous angle. Other than that, a good rental game, dont spend money on it though as you will complete it in a few days like I did.- Was this review helpful to you?

By Bennyfromlondon (7 reviews) , 28 Jun 2012If you enjoyed the film and are partial to side-scrolling slash em ups then this game will keep you amused for a few days as you plough through it, but once completed theres virtually no reason to ever pick it up again.
Its not terrible, and there are a few nice touches and a bit of God of War style powering up along the way, but the limitations of the format means you'll soon tire of slogging through levels that feel too long against the same few types of bad guys the game throws at you.
This is just what LF was intended for though, so you can try a game out to see how you like it- and as a rental title it does the job, but if you had paid full whack for it you'd be sorely disappointed.- Was this review helpful to you?
