I seen this movie a while ago, it is a great account of the infamous North Hollywood shootout.

great shootout scenes (nearly as good as the one from heat)

If you like shoot um ups then this is for you.

    action all the way through

a really fantastic film - can't believe how good it actually was, Michael Madsen has still got it - just something about him!!

quite brutal & really pointless as it turned out, well worth a watch!!

  • Very good potential but not quite there yet

I had never heard of the 1997 shoutout so I found the film very interesting. The story has a huge potential and could have been a very good movie, but it seems to me like it had a low budget and could not reach for the stars. However, I still enjoyed it and would recommend it to people who doubts of the police efficiency. There were some good actors in the movie.

a very good honest potrayl of what i saw americas love with the gun two thieves hell bent on robbing the bank are thwated by the police that is when the bloodshed starts when they open fire on anyone that stands in there it was real gun violence at its worst because the thieves were better equipped than the police i am suprised no one was killed the amount of bullets that was unleashed by the robbers and the police bravery to bring this mayhem to an end the police were utterly brave to take the bullets and still want to nab the robbers this one is defenitly not for the faint hearted

what can i saw its real life. very well made film, good background on characters, plot well explained and developed. Its well acted and generelly all round a really good movie. its a bit emotional at points as having seen the documentary all the characters are actual cops involved in the real life incident. well i really liked it.

This is one of those films that had me shouting at the tv in frustration. How did this happen and why the hell did it go on so long? Thankfully the shoot out only lasted 44 minutes in real life - shame the film didnt!
