When 4400 alien abductees return to earth just as mysteriously as they vanished, the Department of Homeland Security demands answers. But even more pressing than the concerns of the government are the experiences of the victims as they readjust to life on earth. Upon their return, these formerly missing persons lose all memory of what happened to them. Though they can't remember where they've been, they are haunted by the knowledge that their experiences have changed them. Operating in a cloud of unknowns, the victims start to go through mysterious changes, gaining powers that they can't always control. A moody, innovative take on sci-fi television drama, THE 4400 continues with this collection of all 11 episodes of the show's fourth series.

Classy X-FILES-ish sci-fi drama
Sharp and smart
Returning from the best series finale ever, season 4 kicks off with the aftermath of 50:50 and the emergence of more P-positive citizens of Seattle as Jorden Collier's 'Utopia' starts to gain some shape. Excellent twists and plotlines as the ever expanding 4400 join to create a super race to make a new world and NTAC battle to save mankind whilst protecting their P-positive loved ones. Half of the suspense is finding out who took the shot and discovering what ability they have or if they weren't so lucky. This show was very ambitious but pulled it off brilliantly.
Surprising plot twist with 'The Marked' which shows why this show was so much better than Heroes and also gives us a chance to see a darker (and sexier) side to NTAC agent Tom Baldwin; shirtless scenes help as well. Sadly though last episode leads little to be desired from this TV gold as won't spoil the amazingness but pens to flowers?!? That's a rubbish ability!
Sillyness aside, all sci-fi fans should watch this show as it was pure genius rather than sci-fiish pop fodder (Bionic Women, I mean you) and all non-sci-fi fans should watch this show so they can come to the realisation that they are sci-fi fans. Original, funny, entertaining and always keeps you in suspense. Please come back!
Excellent series, gets better and better.
