Tom Schulman makes his directorial debut with a lame comedy that doesn't have enough laughs to sustain its hour-and-a-half running time. Joe Pesci, whose film career has taken a nosedive of late, plays a Mob hitman whose bag of heads gets mixed up with one belonging to a medical student. The expected complications ensue, but Pesci and most of the supporting cast simply mug their way through the “hilarious” proceedings. Only David Spade from TV's Just Shoot Me escapes with any degree of dignity.

    Just dreadful.

I should have been warned by the words 'Joe' and 'Pesci'.

    OK

Not the best film in the world, but there are a lot worse.

Decent cast, obvious moments, and some overacting, but still worth a smile on a quiet afternoon.
