A bit lower than 9

In a post-apocalyptic landscape, the last surviving cloth dolls struggle to not be picked off by some aggressive mechanical monsters (it makes a bit more sense when you see it). While this upscaling to feature film length of Acker's Oscar-winning cartoon short is beautifully rendered, with some gorgeous detailing, it's a very hard film to pin down. Too scary for small kids, very bleak in its outlook, it's very difficult to determine who it's actually for.
