If you don't cry, you have a heart of stoneBy franji (2 reviews) , 05 Dec 2013Outstanding finale to the Toy Story franchise. You'll laugh, cry, feel guilty about the toys you left behind, and ultimately be left with your heart warmed. And probably dig out your teddies to give them a big hug. The only reason I can think anyone would not think this is as good as the first is because the first was a brand new idea. However #2 and #3 both have original storylines that are just as entertaining. And #3 is the only one that has made me cry.
Lotso laughs Lotso tears!By a customer , 18 Oct 2013I'm not a particularly big 'toy story' fan, i just kind of watched it for the sake of it and i really loved it. I would say it was the best of the 3 movies. It actually made me cry, and of course there were a lot of laughs too. The characters are so well thought out and have so much depth that you can believe in them. I think whatever your age, there is something to be enjoyed about this film. Clever, beautiful and inspiring. It teaches us about growing up, moving on and even mortality.
A must see :)By Ashbash01 (8 reviews) , 04 Jun 2013Now i'm a big kid at heart :) i love all the disney movies, one of my childhood memories was sitting down with the family to watch them. I loved Toy Story and Toy Story 2, so there was no doubt in my mind about Toy Story 3 being absolutely brilliant. I have no idea how it took me so long to see this movie. I want to watch it again, having the original characters in the movie was ace and the new characters were brilliant. A must see :).
Big thumbs up!By a customer , 03 Jun 2013I loved the first two and I have to say I wasn't disappointed by the third. Terrific story line and a nice ending. Big thumbs up!
The Retern of Old FriendsBy AVSheard (133 reviews) , 06 May 2013Unlike many trilogies these films keep up to the same gold standard all the way through without just being dodgy remakes of the first. The characters in this one are faced with moving on from a once perfect life that has been destroyed by time. It is about letting go to what does not matter an more and finding a new life that could be better then the old. The characters are very real (even if they are only toys) and I found it very hard not to cry at some of things that were put through. This all makes a brilliant movie that well worth the massive time gap from the last one being released.
