Good fun, nothing moreBy Bondjovi (11 reviews) from Irvine , 04 Jun 2012Ok if you're in a good mood and just want a bit of fun and a good laugh. Nothing great, certainly not a masterpiece, but worth a watch.
Yeah, I really enjoyed itBy a customer , 19 Jan 2012If you're looking for an epic film that you'll remember for a lifetime, then, no - this probably isn't it. If you want to be gently amused for an evening, this should do nicely - worked for me. Sort of American high schooly plot with a fekless geek dreaming of pulling the school hottie. Relatively predictable, a few chuckles, nothing too deep, quite well executed. Fine by me.
Oh dear :o(By Rouxstar (10 reviews) from Shrewsbury , 22 Sep 2011With the exception of unquestionably the best pair of denim shorts in any movie ever (better even than Gemma Arterton's in Tamara Drewe), this movie has nothing to recommend it. The shorts in question appear within the first ten minutes, after which you can put the DVD back in the envelope and get on with your evening.
Worth Watching!By Jordan (301 reviews) from London , 27 Apr 2011I found Paul Rust to be a great actor!
He portrayed the true example of the 'geeky' type finding true love through a mix of adventure, close encounters with death, and some crazy mishaps!
His sidekick Jack Carpenter, did well in his role, but personally I did not find his 'look' to be anyway near to what is classed as 'geeky'.
The movie itself had its laugh out loud moments, but not as frequent as I expected. The storyline more than made up for that and I found it to be an enjoyable ride from start to finish!
Worth watching in my opinion!
Kill me nowBy a customer from Rugeley , 22 Mar 2011So bad I had to turn it off. Seriously bland and unfunny Hayden Panettiere is hot but that isn't going to make me endure this garbage for 90 mins
