Sean Bean at his sexiestBy Speckk (3 reviews) from London , 20 Nov 2006
[Highly rated reviewer]I saw the first hour of this on television a couple of months ago and I was so upset when I missed the rest of it.
Bean at his best, his acting is superb. The plot is highly emotive, dealing with the murder of Bean's wife and 4 year old daughter. You jump from feeling deep sorrow for his loss and subsequent incarceration to feeling on edge as things show you he may not be as innocent as he claims.
I'm not going to spoil this for anyone as I have only seen the first part and eagerly await the rest on DVD.

Extremely DangerousBy a customer , 28 Jul 2013Nearly got caught out that this is in 4 episodes with credits at the end of each one! Excellent, thoroughly enjoyed this series.
King of the mini seriesBy Steverhard (27 reviews) from East Sussex , 06 Jun 2013well sort of. It's ok but some of the plot directions are a bit bizarre. Nitin Ganatra played his role well but left me wondering why his character would have even got involved let alone risk his life. I do believe Sean Bean could start a fight in an empty room. I still have no idea what the point of Annie was...
Extremely DangerousBy Ricia (156 reviews) , 04 Mar 2012It would have been helpful to have a bit more background as to why he had to escape. Also there were some loose ends. It seemed as though the book was important especially when he forgot it, but then it wasn't mentioned again, so what was the importance of that? There were a few moments like this, and at the end I am still not sure of the final outcome, But other than that it was an entertaining watch, if only to watch Sean Bean at his acting best!
TV series or Movie?By Philpost (1 review) , 19 Feb 2012I expected a movie. What I got was some badly edited ITV television series, which lasted 3hour's+. Annoying interludes between episodes and gaps missing from the storyline!
Dull Dull DullBy WhiteHawk (9 reviews) from Gravesend , 06 Feb 2012Sean Bean is an excellent actor and I love his work. However, when I started watching this, I was highly disappointed.
Firstly, I was not aware that this is a series rather than a movie. Also, it starts after Sean has been accused of murder and you get to see this in flash backs during the first epsiode, which are not great compared to other flash backs in other movies.
If the first episode is anything to go by then the other episodes, to me, will be just as dull.
Give it a try by all means, but I think that this is not Sean's best work, not that he is at fault here. Just a dull script, dull directing and a dull production.
