[Highly rated reviewer]Having read the book I was really looking forward to seeing this. The book was a funny and sweet take on the zombie genre that transfers pretty well into this movie. I was worried they were going to make it all Twilight and from the trailers that are shown before the movie, that is certainly the audience they are aiming for. However, I think they've avoided that trap and made a pretty decent horror rom com. That are a few things that were left out from the book that I think could have provided more laughs but you can never fit everything from the book onto film I guess.

Great Zomcom.By Zebras22 (124 reviews) , 17 Dec 2013Very entertaining Zomcom. It is well acted and the special effects are very good. A different angle on zombie films and well wort a watch.
nothing on shaun of the deadBy a customer , 15 Dec 2013fun watch, but the zombies learning to talk was just ridiculous, I prefer more gore in zombie films as well
Absolute dungBy a customer , 10 Dec 2013Boring, embarrassing, sleep-inducing rubbish. Fell asleep after half an hour and never bothered to try finishing it at a later date.
Warms the heartBy a customer , 10 Dec 2013Sweet and funny movie, with an interesting take on the zombie genre. I enjoyed the use of R's inner monologue and the movie's ability to laugh at itself. Furthermore I am increasingly impressed with the 'About a Boy' star Nicholas Hoult. In all, a surprisingly good watch.
Good FilmBy a customer , 08 Dec 2013A good film, not a confusing film that you have to think about, you can just watch it and enjoy it.
