My children of 6 and 2...By mandy#3 from BODMIN , 24 Dec 2003
[Highly rated reviewer]My children of 6 and 2 thought this was a very funny film, as did my husband. I also found it entertaining. Well worth watching and watchable more than once!

great film bad blu rayBy a customer , 30 May 2013a great dvd released on blu ray i popped the film in my player with great expectations only to discover that disney had not bothered to update the sound track dolby 5. 1 on a blu ray shameful for a major studio phil collins sound track in dolby true hd dream on still a great and moving family film which i always enjoy but still some studios just phone it in instead of a remaster worthy of the format 10 out of 10 for the movie but the blu ray 3 out of 10 'not for effort'
Classic Film All The Way!!!By JuicyPoloMan (5 reviews) , 18 Apr 2013What a classic film. Of all the Disney films this is one of the best. I had forgotten how good the animation is for this film. Not only that but the cast make this film Funny, Emotional Ect. would recommend to anyone. RENT!!
not badBy cheesekake (1501 reviews) from uk , 01 Nov 2012this film wasn't too bad, a little silly at times for my liking, but then again I'm probably speaking from someone who has seen the tarzan story so many times in so many ways.
worthy of a look
In depth, moving and underratedBy Roms94 (1 review) , 15 Sep 2012Personally i think this is a fantastic film for children and for adolescents...well anyone who enjoys animated films. I'm 18 and enjoy watching Disney films a lot..
I admit if you're at my age or older then the plot does seem a bit predictable but if you are just a child then it may come as a surprise to you. The music by Phil Collins is moving and inspiring, i love the main characters and the setting as well as the angles of where the camera would be if it were set with real people.
Overall i feel this film is far too under-rated and i think it needs more people watching it to see what i mean!
One of my all time favourite Disney FilmsBy Schumikanobi (1 review) , 04 Jul 2012Saw this film at the cinema back in 1999 with my kids and thought it was a brilliant film, superb soundtrack from Phil Collins and had my kids in tears at the beginning and stitches of laughter the rest of the film. Even though had it on DVD in both editions I wanted to see the differance in Bluray.....WOW is all I can say! Need to go buy it now lol. If u have home cinema setup....crank the volume up when they invade the camp......Very clever
