Wow a good movieBy a customer from wd4 , 17 May 2010
THIS REVIEW CONTAINS SPOILERS Show review anywayHideIf you like fight movies this is non stop.
The stunts are amazing.
Some of the actors are gymnasts and you can tell that by the stunts they perform.
The movie makes you happy and sad and laugh well worth the money
That must of hurtBy a customer from Suffolk , 25 Nov 2008If you watch this film for the stunts alone you wont be disappointed. Theres no way a none Thai stunt man would endure such pain!
Kunf fu footieBy Theraymster (33 reviews) from Craigavon , 04 Oct 2008
THIS REVIEW CONTAINS SPOILERS Show review anywayHideI wanna get one thing straight. This is an action film. It's full of the like of kung fu, guns, explosions, punch-ups, likeable good guys vs evil overpowering warlords, death and destruction. If you like this sort of thing then BORN TO FIGHT is for you. If not, don't. All you reviewers who write damning synopies of films you don't like, I just have to say this - nobody put a gun to your head to make you watch it, you chose to. If you wan't to watch a film with poiniant nuances, watch the like of 'Million dollar baby'. If you're into sci-fi then shove 'The matrix' into your dvd player. If you want to see two popular actors not give a damn and mess about the already poor, mushy pulp lovestory theyre in watch 'P.S. I love you'.
I loved the idea of this film, a bunch of Thailand's finest athletes of various sports (Muai-Thai kickboxing, Boxing, Rugby, gymnastics, football, etc.) and a former cop take a vacation into a small village for purposes of humanitarian aid. Soon after ariving, they're faced with a terrorist threat of a notorious general who threatens to destroy nearby Bangkok with a nuclear missile if a recently arrested drug lord is not released from custody. With a government powerless to stop the danger, these courageous sports stars fight back. Cue the kung fu, shooting, scissor-kicking-grenades-into-machine-gun nests, old-man-giving-it-loads-in-a-fight-scene, explosions etc.....
greatest ending in history of the worldBy a customer from Swansea , 11 Sep 2008omg, this film was very cliched right up to the die hard bad guy. it is a very boring film, with not much happening throughout it. but, the ending is wortht he wait, it is indescribable, so much awesomeness that this film could only find a place for it at the end. unbelievable, omg i love the ending so much i think im going to cry a little. :( :D brilliant film, rent it, but if ya get bored, like i did, skip to the last couple scenes. wicked :D
