RENTER BEWAREBy Mr R Moore from Essex , 21 Apr 2006
[Highly rated reviewer]Yes this film is as bad as the reviews suggest.I enjoyed the first film, and was foolish enough to think that it could not be as bad as the reviews suggested (yes i did read them with great amusement, thinking i will be the judge of what films i like and dislike). How wrong could i be? The acting at times was very 'American daytime soap',and the plot was transparent and predictable.Avoid at all cost! But if you are still not convinced by my tale of woe,and think to yourself 'it cant be that bad',give it a go,but as i said in my opening title, RENTER BEWARE.

Single White Female 2:The PsychoBy wilder1 (26 reviews) from Haverhill,UK , 01 Jan 2010Don't bother!!! This is nothing like the original, just a load of cheap trash to try and make a buck off the back of the first one!!!
OK SequelBy eternal12 (54 reviews) from Croydon , 17 Apr 2009Not as good as the first, although had some quite good bits.
fairBy a customer from London , 08 Oct 2008i liked and watched the first part which was spine chilling exciting this one did not live up to that it the starting was good real bitchiness rivalary between two power hungury work rivals and roomates one leaves after sleazy boyfriend gets off with the other and moves into another apartment with a seeingly nice nurse who is anything but in dull form flatmate turns psycho and steals the others looks my take i was not on the edge of my seat because it lacked substance the ending was a real anti climax.
Customer ReviewBy a customer from UK , 23 Jun 2008The film opens with fairly transparent plot and draws you mercilessly toward the inevitable conclusions. This film was so predictable from the start that for me it lost the "scary" factor of the original.
The ending is also very weak, seemed like they ran out of time and had to think of something.
This is an OK film if you just want to watch something whilst drinking and chatting with Friends, but very little use if you want to be scared or challenged.
Typically average sequel :-|By BritAxeMan (3 reviews) from Derby , 19 Mar 2008Moderately enjoyable but predictable sequel to a good original.
