A Good Pick!By a customer from dorchester dorset , 03 Mar 2004
[Highly rated reviewer]For people who liked jaws and deep blue this is a very good film very good effects about a sharks obviously great white these are not your normal great white years ago a scientist performed steroids on these animals but she gave birth to offspring which meant these were mean and nasty they can hunt in packs, some quite good close ups of the attack,Enjoyed this film, worth a watch for sure!

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha....By MrKageGreo (26 reviews) from Cardiff , 19 Apr 2010This is one of them films that manages to skirt the fine line of being terrible but funny enough to make the whole thing come across like some demented comedy.
There's one or two plot holes, the main character looks suspiously like Luke Wilson, the mechanical shark used in some scene's looks more like a submarine than a shark, the film is set in South Africa yet none of the characters are South African, including the mayor who is clearly American and looks like a poor man's Nelson Mandella, there's an Australian in the film who is well.... part Steve Irwin, part Crocodile Dundee, played by a man who has put on a very weak Australian accent.... and the owner of the Marine land park is needlessly evil... I mean are Marine land owners evil? Why would they be? Out to make a quick buck perhaps... but evil?
I could barely sit on my sofa I was laughing so much.
Bad acting and makes no sense!By Nic74 (38 reviews) from Catford , 19 Sep 2009After Shark Attack - Spring Break which I found really enjoyable and with a good storyline, I rented Shark Attack 2 expecting something similar! But that's not what I got; so, a shark kills someone in the wild... that's what they do. Then it kills someone in captivity... can you blame it?? Then it 'escapes' from captivity. It should really end there! But no, these highly unbelievable characters decide to go on a shark hunt to track down this shark who is just doing what sharks do to kill it!?
Did they track it down?? I have no idea, I gave up about an hour into this farce! There's no storyline here - are we sposed to think we have to go hunting and killing ALL wild animals that can and do eat humans? Ridiculous - and that guy with the so-called Aussie accent... oh dear God, Australians must've been rolling in the aisles!!! My advice; don't bother renting this.
