A charming storyBy Chrispin from Tyne and Wear , 14 Oct 2003
[Highly rated reviewer]The stories in the Book are heart warming, friendly, and adults can enjoy them as much as the children. The only negative about it, I found was the puppet animation was very mechanical and some of the characters didn't look as good as they did in the cartoons. Eeyore and Tigger looked the best, while Owl did indeed look sad! It would have been much better if it had been made as a cartoon, as the characters would have looked more natural, movements flowed more freely and had more expression. The voices on the other hand are excellent, very warm and familiar.

Disappointing - nothing like the classic animationBy a customer from Essex , 27 Jan 2005We were disappointed in this as it was not up to the high standards of the original animation, however our little ones got some enjoyment out of the episodes. Stick to the originals though.
Disappointing animationBy Judge from Northamptonshire , 26 Feb 2004I rented this for my children as they enjoy Pooh Bear. I was disappointed with the animation of this and I felt it didnt hold my childrens interest for very long.
